Cold Pressed Lemon Infused Rapeseed Oil.

This lemon oil is great in dressings, marinades, for cooking and drizzling over pizza, pasta or use in baking. I love having it in the cupboard for when you want to add a touch of summery lemon flavour but you might not have a lemon in the fruit bowl, it's saved many a dish!
