Warwicks cures their bacon in-house, using their own curing blend. This is hand rubbed onto the pork cuts and left to absorb before the bacon is hung to mature. No water is added so this bacon is all flavour, no shrinkage.
Perfect for breakfasts, sandwiches, or used in dinner recipes like carbonara or chilli con carne.
Warwicks vacuum seals their products for us. Bacon has a shelf life of approx 4 weeks.
